Exercise:
1 Wash tomatoes and Flammulina velutipes, remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes, and cut tomatoes and garlic into powder.
3. Take a small bowl, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of soy sauce and half a spoonful of sugar, and stir well.
2. Pour a little oil into Maxim non-stick pan, stir-fry minced garlic and add tomatoes.
3. When the tomatoes are fried into paste, add Flammulina velutipes.
4. Pour the prepared juice and add a spoonful of water.
5. Cover the pot and cook for one minute.
6. Open the lid and stir until the soup is thick, then turn off the heat.
