Preparation materials: 1 duck, 2 green onions, 2 small pieces of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 coriander, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of peanut oil, appropriate amount of soy sauce.
1. Prepare the ingredients. The first step is to clean the duck with clean water, as shown in the picture below.
2. Spread salt on the surface of the duck, put it in a pot, add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes.
3. Use chopsticks to insert into the thickest part of the duck meat. Take it out without bleeding, as shown in the picture below.

5. Chop the ginger, garlic, shallots and coriander finely, put them together into a small bowl, add peanut oil and soy sauce and mix well.
