as far as I know, there are two theories about the origin of Pizza.
It originated in Naples in south-central Italy, so it is generally called Italian Pizza or pizza. It is difficult to verify who created it. At the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries, Italian and Greek farmers ate the earliest pancakes. The word Pixxa is evolved from the Latin text Picea, which is imprinted with the food culture that originated from the Mediterranean. Pizza means a thin piece of dough or a piece of Pastry baked with fan boxes, herbs, meat and cheese. The most traditional Pizza is Neapolitan Pizza, which is made of buffalo cheese and baked directly in a brick oven with wood burning. It is all made by hand, and the earliest pizza shop opened in Napo in 1831. Until 1899, the emperors and queens at that time enjoyed it very much and gradually became popular among the royal family. After reform, onion, white fungus, meat, etc. were added to enrich the varieties, and then became a popular popular food;
Another theory is that pizza originated from a folk snack in China. In 1911, Eight-Nation Alliance invaded China and set fire to Yuanmingyuan, and the eight powers attempted to carve up China. Therefore, for some time, the allied troops toured all parts of the Central Plains and absorbed a lot of the essence of China folk snacks, especially various pies such as scallion cakes, vegetable pies, fresh meat pies and beef pies sold by roadside stalls. The production of these foods is usually to roll the dough into round pieces, wrap it with stuffing, flatten it and thin it, and fry it in a pot until it is golden brown, called big and small pies. After returning to China, the allied officers and men from Italy abandoned the army for business and imitated this method to change the stuffing to make pies for sale. However, in the process of stuffing, the stuffing was often exposed because of poor packaging, which was not beautiful. However, when selling, it was counterproductive. The exposed stuffing was more popular. When the operator saw it, he made a mistake and baked it directly on a round piece of dough. Because the stuffing was loose, it was sold.
