Nowadays, with the development of social science and the rapid development of social economy, people's material wealth is getting richer and richer, while their spiritual wealth is getting less and less, and the phenomenon of moral decay is becoming more and more serious. The voice of "being an upright person and doing things in a down-to-earth manner" is getting stronger and stronger. In the materialistic real life, how to face the temptation of money, status and beauty? We can also find the answer in the classic Tao Te Ching, that is, we should pay attention to keeping quiet, quiet and introspective in our daily life, work and family, and perform our duties wholeheartedly!
Since we are small, our strength is weak and our life is short, why don't we correct our mentality? Meditation, purity and dedication are three different levels of people's mentality. Meditation: Jing 'an's life coordinates; Clean heart: clean life direction; Dedication: Do your best in life.
Meditation is the coordinate of Jing 'an life. Laozi takes "quietness is the best in the world" and "quietism" as the basis of cultivation. Chapter 16 of Tao Te Ching says, "Be empty and be quiet." The key is to keep quiet. "Causing emptiness" is to remove the obstacles of the mind, sort out the chaotic mental activities, and then "keep quiet". Through "quiet" work, we can profoundly accumulate insight, and then we can "know what is normal" and turn adversity into luck.
"Those who are clean are not polluted", and between heaven and earth, being clean and not polluted means "not polluted". The meaning of "don't dye" is very broad. Chapter 12 of Laozi's Tao Te Ching says: "Five colors make people blind, five tones make people deaf, five flavors make people refreshed, galloping and hunting makes people crazy, and strange goods can hinder people." . It means that the colorful world is dazzling, the sounds are deafening, the delicious food makes people drool, the brain is crazy, and the possession of precious and rare goods is shocking. From six aspects of sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch and things, this paper outlines the serious consequences caused by people's greed, sound, taste, heart and body. Therefore, future generations say: six clean, spotless. It is intended to teach people to restrain and restrain their greed.
Chapter two: Reflections on reading Tao Te Ching.
Throughout thousands of years, the understanding of Tao Te Ching has blossomed, from self-cultivation to religious worship. All kinds of words just stay in the phenomenology of human beings. My explanation of Laozi's Tao can be summed up in one sentence: stillness is relative and motion is absolute. This is the Tao.
First of all, I don't stick to the name of Tao. I have to do this because I have to. I can make an analogy: as far as the earth we live in is concerned, people look at it from the phenomenon that it is static, so it is relative, but the earth is changing from day to night to all the year round, so it is moving, endless and absolute. Through this absolute movement, the earth shows us not the intentional movement of human will, but the stillness, which people can't objectively perceive. I can use the wind as a metaphor. When the wind blows on your face, you will feel a little cold, but you can't see or touch it, but it exists, which seems nothing. Because you don't know when it will blow, this is the natural view of the universe in Lao Zi's first article. From the human point of view, to achieve this situation, it is necessary to practice, and this practice is the beginning of making people understand everything. Lao Tzu said that humanity is like a baby. Sports once existed, and they continued until people died. Laozi's way is neither birth nor death. It moves quietly like the wind to get an absolutely touching life. Only when you are quiet can you achieve this goal. The silence I am talking about is not absolute silence, but moving silence. Laozi's water is the best metaphor. Water is flowing, and this flow is so self-sufficient and unadorned!
It is inappropriate to impose the so-called idealistic materialism on Tao, because Tao once included idealism and materialism in all phenomena.
The third part: composition after reading Tao Te Ching.
Last semester, we came into contact with the course of Chinese studies. The textbooks of Chinese studies in each grade are different. In the fifth grade, we studied Laozi's Tao Te Ching.
At first, I didn't understand Taoism at all. Lao Tzu said that Tao is vague, intangible and elusive, but it is a force to promote the evolution of all things in the world. I don't understand. According to Laozi, this Tao is invisible, so it can't be touched or seen. If it is invisible, how can it have so much energy to promote the evolution and change of everything? In my opinion, everything in the world changes naturally. How can it be caused by this invisible Tao? Lao Tzu also said that people do everything in a proper way, but I only see the dust around me when I do things. Where is the Tao? Where is the Tao? I'm confused. However, everyone seems to have these ideas. Laozi is a master of Tao. How can we understand what he said at once? Sometimes, even those teachers who specialize in Chinese studies can't fully understand the truth contained in Laozi's thought. I think: although we can't understand the big concepts, big ideas and avenues mentioned by Laozi quickly, the small truths of life he said from the "avenues" can make us suddenly enlightened and discover the truth of the ubiquitous Tao in life.
Laozi said, "It's no use taking advantage." I admire this sentence very much, and I can't help praising Laozi's ability to observe small things around me. The meaning of this sentence is that tangible entities can bring convenience to people, but actually invisible emptiness is at work. Yes, you see: when water is poured into a cup, it is the empty position in the cup that holds it, not the real part that holds it. By the same token, a house can only function if there is an open space in the middle, and it can only be occupied by people. Now, we imagine that emptiness contains Tao. So, did Tao help us invisibly? Ha! Yes, that's it. In this way, what Lao Tzu said makes sense.
After the guidance of notes and my own understanding, I realized a little bit, but it made me feel very fulfilled. It fascinates me to think about how many secrets are still waiting for me to discover in the Tao Te Ching. I think I fell in love with Tao Te Ching, Chinese studies and 5,000 years of Chinese civilization. ...
Chapter four: Reflections on reading Tao Te Ching.
Laozi, also known as Tao Te Ching, consists of 8 1 chapters, with the first 37 chapters as Tao Te Ching and the last 44 chapters as Tao Te Ching. The center of Tao Te Ching is Tao. It inherits the simple dialectical thought of Zhouyi, Hong Fan and other works, and reminds the interdependence between things. And put forward the atheistic thought of "doing nothing by nature", and Lao Tzu put his perspective outside the universe. Compared with Tao, everything in the universe is insignificant. Its content is extensive and profound. Until now, the discussion of Laozi has not been conclusive in some aspects. "Laozi" just as it said: "The extremes of things must be reversed, and the extremes of things must be reversed. Lonely, lonely, independent and unchanged, Zhou Xing is not dangerous. "
Laozi is rich in meaning, universal in viewpoint, profound in thought and profound in content. Today, it still has great ideal significance. Generally speaking, it has a good self-creation significance in governing the country, managing the army, handling international relations, and modern enterprise management. In short, it is a physical criterion for people to learn, cultivate and deal with various interpersonal and social relationships.
The above is the preface of the pocket book series "Lao Zi" published by Chongqing Publishing House, and can also be used as a post-reading feeling of "Tao Te Ching". I want to make some corrections according to my personal point of view: 1. I disagree with the "common perspective" above. It should be said that Laozi's thought once got rid of the "visual angle constraint". It is difficult for modern people to understand the so-called blind people touching the elephant and saying different things. I want to add the concept of "generally speaking". Laozi's view of the universe cannot be confined to the earth. It can explain our existing cosmology, and it can even guide and inspire frontier science such as Ad Astra, extraterrestrial life and cloning technology. It can be said that it has no periodicity and can be extended indefinitely with time. 3, it can be as small as molecular biology or even more microscopic scientific category, because humans have not found 0. What is the material structure below 1 nm?
Chapter Five: Reflections on Reading Tao Te Ching.
I don't like chatting very much recently, because not many people have deep thoughts. People's hearts are slowly not spending much. After all, time and tide wait for no man. I like walking and meditating in the garden alone. The official second generation and the rich second generation occupy a large number of social resources, and it is difficult for the bottom people to flow upward. How can officials collude with business to be public servants of the people? What is fairness and justice? The theory that reading is useless is not groundless; In China, the choice of officials should really be left to the voters, not the superior leaders. If an official leans down to please voters instead of racking his brains to please leaders, everything will be fine. Thinking about these problems makes my pain increase day by day. In order to alleviate the pain, I began to read the Tao Te Ching, and I found that I benefited a lot.
Tao Te Ching says that goodness is like water. Water has the strongest adaptability to the environment. In different containers, water can change accordingly. Be like a willow, but not like a pine. Willow is gentle and gives people a sense of beauty. Pine trees are stubborn and their leaves are sharp, which can easily hurt people. We can't always complain about the bad environment, we should take the initiative to learn to adapt to the surrounding environment. Didn't Darwin also say that natural selection is the survival of the fittest?
Tao Te Ching says that to abandon one's own selfish desires, one can do nothing. Everything must conform to the Tao. Taoism is natural. Both nature and human society have their objective laws. Violating the law is bound to be punished. Do things steadily. Excessive pursuit of fame and fortune may lose more. I don't have much impulse to be promoted any more. But let nature take its course.
Tao Te Ching says that three out of ten people live long, three out of ten people live short, and three out of ten people shorten their lives because of excessive pursuit of fame and fortune. Greedy officials are imprisoned for greed, gamblers completely destroy their bodies because they refuse to admit defeat, and many people in the unit destroy their interpersonal relationships by hook or by crook in pursuit of fame and fortune. I love my children, my wife, my family, my relatives and friends, nature, our country and our planet. I believe in kindness. I don't know if I will return it, but my heart is quiet.
My sleep quality has been much better recently. May I advise you to read the Tao Te Ching sometime?
Chapter Six: Reflections on Reading Tao Te Ching.
China's economy has developed rapidly and attracted much attention. China culture has always attracted the attention of the world. Tao Te Ching is an indispensable book in our life. Tao Te Ching contains the values of China people and exerts a subtle influence on our thoughts and behaviors.
The contents contained in Tao Te Ching are also shaping the behavior of China people. "Don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you" in The Analects of Confucius means not to impose on others what you don't want. This is a "defensive" way to show how you should treat others from the opposite side. In addition, "Mencius" said that "only benevolent people can make big things smaller, so soup is Ge's business, and king Wen is Kun's business", which means that when you are in a high position or in a favorable position, you should tolerate people who are worse than you, form a harmonious atmosphere, and don't let people hate you. This is the behavior of China people.
China's history and culture emphasize the need to build a learning society. From the Analects of Confucius to Mencius, we have seen how a person should learn. The author of China's classic Tao Te Ching is Lao Zi, a great thinker in the Spring and Autumn Period and the founder of the Taoist school. The birthplace of Laozi is a mystery. In order to solve this mystery, since 1990, all the sages of the Qing Dynasty have done a lot of hard and meticulous work before they learned that Laozi was born in the original site of the Taiqing Palace meteor in Zhabei Town, Guoyang County. For more than two thousand years, Laozi's brilliant wisdom and thoughts have been infiltrated in the hearts of the people of Yang Guo, Laozi's hometown. Laozi's contribution to mankind lies in his profound thoughts. Laozi's thought is an attempt by China people to reveal the mysteries of nature. In the history of China's philosophy, Laozi was the first to put forward "Tao" systematically. This kind of "Tao" originates from nature, based on "nothing", taking "being" as the use, and taking "opposing the original and keeping soft" as the way to deal with things.
"The movement against Tao; The use of the weak; Everything in the world is born with it, born with it, and out of it "has become the five-thousand-word program of Laozi." Laozi's works, especially his Tao Te Ching, are most admired by the world. Nietzsche once commented on Laozi: "The Tao Te Ching, the master of Laozi's thoughts, is like an inexhaustible Jing Quan, full of treasures, ready for you at any time. "
Tao can be explained, but it is not completely equivalent to a seamless, eternal and moving avenue. Nothing, called the beginning of heaven and earth; Yes, it is called the origin of everything. Therefore, from scratch, we will observe the subtlety of Tao; From ordinary times, we observe the clues of Tao. This is nothing, there are two, both from Tao and mystery, which is the total source of cosmic change. Heaven and earth exist for a long time Heaven and earth can exist for a long time because they are not made for themselves, so they can exist for a long time. Therefore, saints put themselves behind everyone, but they can get everyone's admiration and take the lead; Keep yourself out of it, but you can save yourself. Isn't it because he is not selfish? On the contrary, we can achieve ourselves, so we should inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of China, so that we can draw nutrition from the Tao Te Ching. composition
Chapter seven: My thoughts on reading Tao Te Ching.
The Tao Te Ching written by Laozi is a classic book with rich philosophy of life. For thousands of years, people have learned the essence of governing the country and keeping the country safe, cultivating self-cultivation, and establishing people's life from this book of wisdom in the history of human civilization. Nowadays, the tide of "material supremacy" has mercilessly impacted everyone's way of thinking and value orientation, and people's original values have gradually lost their focus. Everyone generally emphasizes efficiency and pursues success, and its measurement scale has become very materialistic and monetized. For a people's policeman, how to face all kinds of temptations in the material age and do his job wholeheartedly, I personally think, is to keep quiet, introspect and persevere in accordance with the unique humanistic spirit advocated by the book Tao Te Ching.
First of all, keeping quiet is the basis of job satisfaction.
Chapter 16 of Tao Te Ching says, "Be empty and be quiet." This sentence emphasizes the principle of diligent cultivation and returning to silence. The so-called "virtual pole" means "virtual pole"; "Keep quiet" means "keep quiet". This is the basic method of monasticism. "Being empty" means that if you want to practice Buddhism, you should try to make yourself extremely empty. Desperate needs mean that the mind is spotless and close to a vacuum. The Book of Changes calls this realm "clean and subtle" and "washing the soul", that is, getting rid of secular delusions and desires. "DuDu" is sincere, and persistence is persistence. "Keep quiet" means insisting on silence. Motion and stillness are mutually causal. Only when you are still can you perceive the movement of the outside world, but when you are moving, you can't know the truth of the outside world. Confucius said, "Everyone cares about stopping using water, not flowing water." In other words, people can only see themselves on the calm water, but no one can see themselves on the flowing water. Quiet inside. Only when you calm down can you observe the truth, and only when you observe the truth can you enter the Tao. In short, only when people's mental state reaches a state of emptiness and quietness, will they always maintain a modest and prudent work style, and will make practical moves, do practical things and seek practical results in their work.
Second, abstinence is the source of keeping clean and honest.
Third, perseverance is the guarantee of fully performing duties.
In a word, it is helpful to improve our moral cultivation to read the Tao Te Ching carefully and explore it actively. For a people's teacher, only by being strict with self-discipline, always thinking about the dangers of greed, always caring for students selflessly and being enthusiastic about their work can they be a teacher who is satisfied with the people.
Chapter 8: Reflections on Reading Tao Te Ching.
Eating now has become a headache. Since I had children, most of the time, my dad helped me cook, and there were more or less unsatisfactory places, such as the way the food was cooked was not to my liking, or a dish I didn't like always appeared again and again. Occasionally, when my dad goes back to his hometown, it's my turn to cook. It was fresh for the first few days, and I thought it was delicious. In less than a week, I began to worry. I wandered around the vegetable market and didn't know what to buy. They are all that kind of dishes. I can only look up recipes online, or recall the dishes I ate when I was a child, or the dishes I ate in restaurants. The purpose is to be as innovative as possible, either changing dishes or cooking the same dishes with freshness.
In fact, I seem to have eaten seasonal dishes when I was a child. For a time, some dishes were repetitive, and the cooking methods were not very innovative, but they tasted much more fragrant than now. Last year, my husband's grandmother died, so naturally we went to the funeral. It is a beautiful rural area, and there are only two dishes for each meal for several days: roasted meat with tofu and pepper and roasted meat with radish and pepper. Even if there is a main seat in the end, the dishes are not rich and the cooking methods are traditional, but everyone still eats well.
I can't help thinking, does eating really need to be that complicated? This is the case in the countryside, and all the seasonal home-cooked dishes grown in our own fields should be picked and eaten. When the season changes, there will naturally be new varieties of vegetables to eat. Although we will not innovate every day or every day, with the change of seasons, we will naturally innovate quarter by quarter; Now, because of the developed circulation, we can eat vegetables in one season, but everything is bland and we have no appetite. Of course, this is only one reason. Another reason is that in order to satisfy our gluttony, we violate the laws of nature, so every vegetable can be eaten all year round, supplemented by modern chemical means, such as fertilization, ripening, hybridization and transgenic ... Can vegetables be delicious?
At first, we ate because we were hungry. Slowly, it evolved into a "greedy stomach with a tongue." Gourmets go to restaurants, fly in the sky, run on the ground, swim in the water, eat anything strange, don't care about rare animals and protect them; Ordinary people also generally aim at cooking innovation; In order to cater to this interest, we turn on the TV, and there are food programs on every channel and every time. The host always recommends: "Wow, this dish is cold, smooth and fragrant, with a hint of sweetness …".
The same is true of additives. Initially, it was to solve the problem of preservation in the process of food circulation; Slowly, it evolved to improve taste and perception; Now it has evolved into an additional simulation or additional creation! The so-called simulation with additives, such as milk tea, should have been black tea with milk, but the milk tea that sells 300 million cups a year and the cups can be connected to circle the earth can be directly simulated with additives, which can save costs on the one hand and create various flavors to attract consumers on the other. The so-called additive creation has been seriously reflected in the children's snack manufacturing industry. Snacks of various colors, shapes, tastes and packages have come out one after another. The additives in these foods have become the main ingredients, and there are basically no really valuable nutrients. Only when the "color, fragrance" of various proportions and categories of additives are mixed together can children who have no recognition ability be induced to become their loyal customers. It can only be said that it is the sorrow of modern society that children who are in a long physical stage and need nutrition most are hurt by these foods.
Merchants are mainly responsible for the proliferation of additives, and consumers are also hard to blame. If we don't excessively pursue the great satisfaction of "vision" and "taste" and live the most natural, simple and simple life, we won't eat the bait of bad merchants by mistake. As the saying goes: "Simple and simple, selfish and without desire."
