We spent five days running at the high speed, from Lianhuo Expressway-Dingwu Expressway-Qingyin Expressway-Donglu Expressway, and arrived at Binzhou, a coastal city in the east of Bohai Sea, on the afternoon of June 18th.

Kuqa, known as Qiuci in ancient times, is one of the four towns in Anxi in Tang Dynasty, with a long history and culture. In Han and Tang dynasties, the two heydays of the Chinese nation, Kuqa left rich colors.

We traveled more than 7 kilometers today, and the journey was relatively easy because of car maintenance. Brother Dasheng and his party punched in the imperial concubine's tomb in Kashgar, and then went straight to Hotan.

On the 15th, we set off at seven o'clock in the morning, crossed Kuqa city along Tianshan Road and got on Lianhuo Expressway. It was a hard day. I made noodles in the morning, ate some naan at noon, and arrived in Hami at nine o'clock in the evening to check into Cheyou Hotel. It was too late. I didn't eat any food, so I washed and went to sleep.

On this day, Brother Dasheng and his party crossed the Taklimakan Desert and stayed in Shaya County at night.

On the 16th, I left Hami, took the Yandun Expressway, continued to drive on Lianhuo Expressway, and entered Jiuquan, Gansu at about 1 o'clock. So far, in Xinjiang, it has traveled about 21 kilometers from west to east.

The ancients said that the spring breeze didn't reach Yumen Pass. This is very reasonable. After crossing Yumen, bid farewell to the desert Gobi, and the green plants on both sides of the expressway increased obviously.

My third grandma's house is in Wuwei Railway Station, not far from the expressway exit. When we came to the square in front of the station, my uncle had already contacted Zhang Gong and Kang Ge about the hotel, which was a few steps away from my home. Uncle invited us three Meimei to have a delicious meal, and then took us for a tour to the land where Ma Ta Fei Yan was born-Leitai Han Tomb, Kumarajiva Temple and Nanchengmen. Welcome to Binzhou! Out of the highway intersection, I looked at the odometer, 54824. Binzhou starts at 42682 and Kashgar returns at 538. We traveled 12,142 kilometers this time, and Kashgar to Binzhou was 4,444 kilometers!

This trip lasted for 21 days from leaving home on May 29th to arriving home on June 18th. In addition to the natural scenery of Ili Valley in Xinjiang, the cultural customs of southern Xinjiang and the magnificent scenery of West Kunlun, I was deeply impressed, and I will never forget my five-day return trip from west to east across China!

From Kashgar, all the way eastward along the Tianshan Mountains, enter Jiuquan, Gansu, follow the Qilian Mountains eastward, cross the Hexi Corridor, pass through the Hetao Plain in Zhongwei, Ningxia, gradually enter the Loess Plateau from Dingbian, Shaanxi, pass through Yulin-the vast area in the hinterland of the Loess Plateau, transition to Lvliang Mountain in Liulin, Shanxi, and leave Zuoquan County, then cross the majestic Taihang Mountains from Xingtai, Hebei, and sail to the Great Plains of North China, and finally reach the destination-Binzhou, the coastal area of Shandong. It took five days to cross China, passing through seven provinces, and the east and west hit 4,444 kilometers.

This trip also made me fall in love with the vast land of Xinjiang. Maybe next time, I can run through northern and southern Xinjiang, cross Taklimakan Desert from southern Xinjiang, and go straight to Kanas in northern Xinjiang via Duku Highway! Wish you have a bright and prosperous future!
