After a semester of running-in and practice, the teaching and research activities of this semester have greatly changed and improved in organizational form and activity effect. Everyone preaches that scientific research is the soul of a kindergarten's survival, development and progress. "Promoting education through science and education and rejuvenating the garden through scientific research" is a new concept in the development of preschool education. This semester, our group takes the routine rules of one-day life in kindergarten as the main line, comprehensively improves the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research, strengthens theoretical study, implements the spirit of "Guidelines for the Development of Children Aged 3-6" and "Outline", carries out the discipline literacy improvement project in Wenzhou, comprehensively implements quality education, and promotes the all-round and active development of children. Our teaching and scientific research work is based on the cyclical process of finding problems, designing schemes, solving problems and improving practice to continuously improve teachers' practical behavior and improve teachers' quality. First, strengthen teachers' practical teaching experience from the day of kindergarten life

This semester, our group added five new teachers with no work experience. Considering the actual needs of these new teachers in teaching and research experience, we adjusted the teaching and research activities in September and October. In September, we will focus on the regular training of class education and teaching, and in October, we will focus on the communication skills between teachers and parents. In this way, the most practical and urgent problems in teachers' work have been solved in teaching and research activities. In the form of activities, we have also broken the previous form of "lecture-style I tell you" and combined scenes reappearance, symposiums, questionnaires and other forms. As a result, new teachers have made efforts in the right direction in their work, avoiding many detours, while old teachers have their own new ideas in exchange and sharing, colliding with many new sparks, and comprehensively optimizing the quality of education and teaching in kindergartens.

Second, comprehensively promote the literacy improvement project from the "health field"

In response to the literacy improvement project in Wenzhou, this semester, we carried out reforms around the "health" field. The first change is the warm-up game of previous teaching and research activities. This semester, we changed the warm-up game into a sports game. Let teachers teach sports games on the spot in the form of simulated classroom, which not only optimizes teachers' ability to teach sports games, but also mobilizes teachers' enthusiasm for activities, and also enjoys the game resources among teachers. At the same time, we continued the previous form of text interpretation, focused our attention on the health field, and organized teachers in the group to conduct comprehensive and in-depth discussions, which improved the ability of text analysis. In addition to text interpretation, observing the health activity class of famous teachers is also one of the highlights of teaching and research this semester.

Third, based on the original research, the new and old teachers are on-the-job training in the same class to show classroom teaching

In this semester's collective lesson preparation activities, we combined the form of "layered" training. Through the grouping of teachers in five years and teachers in five years, two groups of new teachers and old teachers are produced. The activity form of the new and old teachers in the last class not only makes the new teachers see the gap between themselves and the old teachers in teaching activities, but also makes the old teachers have a reflection on the teaching concept and form. The language activity "Swimming Island", the mixed-age activity "I'm a Brother" and the health activity "Hurdle Jump" produced by the group discussion have been unanimously recognized by the teachers in the park.

Unlike previous teaching and research activities, which always focus on the professional development of teachers, the biggest highlight of this semester is that we have enlarged the focus of teaching and research activities to the growth of teachers. Teacher Wang Xianhua's "Skillful Craft Show", Teacher Zhou Weiwei's "Bean and Fruit Food Sharing" and the "Teacher's Sports Meeting" at the end of December are all manifestations of the continuous innovation of teaching and research activities.

V. Teachers' professional development

Strengthen learning, improve teachers' quality in all directions, and focus on cultivating teachers' ability. This semester, we launched a literacy promotion competition and achieved good results. In addition, teachers Zhou Weiwei and Zhang Jie of our group successfully passed the evaluation of city titles and obtained the senior titles of children. Teacher Zhang Jie's project "Practical Research on Making Regional Activity Materials with Waste Materials" won the first prize in the county. Teacher Zhang Jie also shared his experience in the county project experience seminar on behalf of the whole group of teachers; Teacher Huang Maomao led more than 8 new teachers in the county to interpret the text in the training of new teachers in the county.

VI. Cooperate with kindergartens to carry out various activities

It can be said that the smooth development of each activity has the painstaking efforts of our teachers.

VII. Work direction for next semester

1. Accumulate scientific research materials: We should do more research on topics, especially new teachers should try to do it. Only by doing more research can we better understand children and teaching.
