Everyone preaches that scientific research is the soul of a kindergarten's survival, development and progress. "Promoting education through science and education and rejuvenating the garden through scientific research" is a new concept in the development of preschool education. This semester, our group takes the routine rules of one-day life in kindergarten as the main line, comprehensively improves the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research, strengthens theoretical study, implements the spirit of "Guidelines for the Development of Children Aged 3-6" and "Outline", carries out the discipline literacy improvement project in Wenzhou, comprehensively implements quality education, and promotes the all-round and active development of children. Our teaching and scientific research work is based on the cyclical process of finding problems, designing schemes, solving problems and improving practice to continuously improve teachers' practical behavior and improve teachers' quality. First, strengthen teachers' practical teaching experience from the day of kindergarten life

This semester, our group added five new teachers with no work experience. In September, we will focus on the regular training of class education and teaching, and in October, we will focus on the communication skills between teachers and parents. In this way, the most practical and urgent problems in teachers' work have been solved in teaching and research activities. In response to the literacy improvement project in Wenzhou, this semester, we carried out reforms around the "health" field.
