The method is as follows: Put the milk, sugar and egg yolks into the pot and stir evenly.
Heat the stirred milk liquid in a small pot over low heat until boiling bubbles appear. Add the milk powder and cook while stirring until the liquid becomes slightly thicker.
Turn off the heat and let cool.
Pour the mixed milk liquid into the ice cream mold (you can also put honey beans and fruits first), and tap the mold to make the surface even.
Cover the mold lid and place it in the freezer of the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
When eating, rinse the ice cream with the mold in water, or leave it at room temperature for a minute or two and it will be easy to take out.
