Eight Treasures Sweet Rice
Ingredients: 400g glutinous rice
25g lotus seeds, 25g jujubes (fresh), 25g raisins, 25g barley, 100g sugar, 25g fruit bark, 50g horse-faced fish, walnuts (Fresh) 25g Dried Longan 25g
How to make Babao Sweet Rice
1. Wash the barley first, put it into a plate, and submerge it in 100 grams of water.
2. Wash the lotus seeds and soak them in water for 10 minutes.
3. Wash the glutinous rice.
4. Steam barley and lotus seeds over high heat until they bloom.
5. Put the glutinous rice into a porcelain bowl, add sugar and water, mix thoroughly, steam over high heat until cooked, take out.
6. Take out the steamed glutinous rice, stir evenly and break it up.
7. Wash the barley after it comes out of the cage and drain the water.
8. The steamed lotus seeds are also dried out.
9. Wash the red dates, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
10. Wash the raisins, cut the fruit peel into small pieces, and cut the cinnamon meat into 0.3 cm square particles.
11. Brush the bowl with oil first, then spread the red dates, lotus seeds, raisins, chopped longan and fruit peel into the bottom of the bowl.
12. Spread a layer of barley evenly.
13. Put half of the steamed glutinous rice into a bowl.
14. Flatten it with a spoon and sprinkle with the remaining lotus seeds.
15. Add walnut kernels.
16. Add the other half of the glutinous rice, press it firmly with a spoon and put it into the steamer.
17. Steam for another half an hour and take out.
18. Put it into the plate and it is ready.
