In the old days, there were many reed beaches along the Jiangyin River, and the reeds were densely packed. Jiangyin people broke off two pincers and released them. According to the characteristics of the dish, it looks like a parrot's mouth, and the literati gave it a nice name: "parrot's mouth", which became a famous dish in Jiangyin. 2. Straw soles
According to legend, in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, Jiangyin people specially made sesame cakes into straw sandals and mixed them into the besieged Jiangyin city for the military and civilians to fight against the Qing Dynasty. 3. Crab dragged on noodles
