How to register for the Yunnan Provincial Public Service Mandarin Examination and how to check the results?

Registration method: The Yunnan Provincial Mandarin Proficiency Test for Social Workers is organized by the Yunnan Provincial Mandarin Training and Testing Center. Candidates can use the "One Mobile Service" APP to register. The test registration time shall be notified by the Provincial Mandarin Training and Testing Center.

Test fee: According to the "Notice of the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance on Appropriate Adjustments to the Fee Standards for Mandarin Proficiency Tests in Our Province" (Yunfa Charges [2009] No. 1247), candidates pay the test fee of RMB 50 online.

Candidates who need an invoice should register at the examination room on the day of the test. The provincial center will issue an invoice for the test fee and issue it together with the candidate when they receive the certificate.

Test location: Yunnan Provincial Mandarin Training and Testing Center (Room 101, Annex Building, Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, No. 2 Xuefu Road, Kunming City) Score Inquiry: Putonghua proficiency test results are released by the "National Mandarin Training and Testing Information Resource Network", and candidates can check online by themselves

Time and place for collecting paper certificates: (1) Time: Every Thursday 8:30-12:00, 14:00-17:30 (2) Location: Certificate on the first floor of the main building of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, No. 2 Xuefu Road, Kunming City

How to collect: (1) Collect in person: Bring your original second-generation ID card to collect.

(2) Entrust another person to collect on your behalf: The entrusted person must bring the original second-generation ID card of the candidate and the original ID card of the entrusted person.

Time limit for receiving paper certificates: The time limit for candidates to receive paper certificates is within one year from the test date. Expiration will no longer be accepted.

Starting from January 1, 2022, if the paper certificate is lost, it will not be reissued. The test results can be checked through the national government affairs platform, and the query results have the same validity as the certificate.
