We need to judge from three aspects:

(1). If you bought it on the iPhone, you can't use it on the iPad now. Because the original concept drawing board only had the iPad version, and later the iPhone version was added, the price of the Pro package of the iPhone version was nearly half lower than that of the iPad version, but the Pro package of the iPhone version could not be used on the iPad. If you need to use the Pro suite on the iPad, you need to click "Resume Purchase" in the pop-up purchase page on the iPad (you must click "Resume Purchase" or you may pay the full price), and the iPad can use the Pro suite after paying the difference.

(2) If you switch the App Store area or the Apple ID of the current device login is different from the Apple ID used at the time of purchase, you cannot use the Pro package. Apple has a rule that projects in different regions cannot be shared.

(3). Check whether the App Store logs in with an Apple ID. If you are not logged in, you will not be able to use Pro rights.

As far as we know, the main causes of this problem are network problems and password settings. When restarting the device, please set a password of at least eight digits.

4. Can you recommend a pressure-sensitive pen for painting?

We don't recommend specific pressure sensitive pens because everyone has different preferences. Of course, if you are lucky enough to have an iPad Pro, you are undoubtedly recommended to use Apple pencil.

5. Where can I merge layers or delete layers?

6. Why can't I use the selection tool that can select multiple contents after the update?

After version 5, we divided the selection tools into two types: lasso and element selector. Lasso is mainly aimed at multi-line content, and lasso is used in overall selection. The element selector is suitable for individual line adjustment. For example, if a line is not well drawn in the drawing, we need to select this line separately. The old version of long press selection will identify all the nearby lines, and it is not easy to find a specific line. In the new version, you can select the element selector, then press and drag it to the line to be modified. When the line is highlighted, release it, it is selected, and then you can edit it.
