Banana toast
Ingredients
2 slices of toast
1 egg (can’t be used up)
Half a banana
10g butter
Adequate amount of white sugar
Method
1. Beat eggs, slice bananas, and separate butter into water Melt and set aside
2. Brush the surface of the toast with egg wash, put banana slices on it, brush another layer of egg wash (to prevent the bananas from getting dark), then brush with a layer of butter and sprinkle with white sugar
3. Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
