Analysis:
Saqima (also known as Saqima) is a famous dish of the Qingming Dynasty, made by a few people in China Inherited from the ethnic group, it has a sweet and soft texture, golden color, sweet but not greasy, melts in the mouth, rich flavor and rich nutrition. It is a Manchu language. Saqima is a transliteration of Manchu, and its original meaning is "dog***" Dip in sugar"
Homemade Shaqima (recommended)
Ingredients: 150 grams of sugar, 200 grams of flour, about 20 grams of honey, maltose (it doesn’t matter if you don’t have it), and three eggs , raisins, and a small spoonful of baking powder.
1. Mix flour, baking powder, eggs and water and mix well.
2. Then knead the dough on the chopping board, let it rest for about ten minutes, and sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking.
3. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
4. Fold the dough.
5. Fold again!
6. Cut into thin noodles with a knife, then add flour to spread the noodles.
7. Then put it into the oil pan (medium heat)
8. Fry until golden brown and set aside. Top each layer with a layer of raisins.
9. Put sugar, honey, maltose and 40cc water into a pot and simmer over medium heat until it becomes thick. Add the boiled sugar water to the fried noodles and stir.
10. After mixing well, put it into a large pot or plate and flatten it with your hands.
11. After completely cooling, cut into pieces and serve on a plate. This is just the first time you make it, so don’t expect too much!
Tips:
First, how well the syrup is made is the key, otherwise it will be over.
