Ingredients: dough: glutinous rice flour120g, corn starch 30g, sugar 30g, corn oil 20g, milk120g, mango sauce 60g: mango 500g, sugar 20g, lemon juice.
Exercise:
1. Cut and mash mango, add sugar, stir-fry over low heat until it becomes thick, add lemon juice, and let it cool.
2. Glutinous rice flour+corn starch 10 sugar+corn oil+milk +60g mango puree, and stir evenly;
3. Sieve into a non-stick pan and stir while heating with low fire until it becomes non-stick dough;

Tips:
Mango sauce must be fried thick. If there is too much water, it is not easy to make a non-stick pan. You can steam the batter in a boiling steamer for about 20 minutes!
