I made a bowl of grass carp bones. It is spicy and delicious when served with rice. It is simple and practical.
Even if there is only one person eating, it must be delicate and decent. Food is not only for filling your stomach, but also a taste and pursuit of life. Live a good life with your heart and engrave love and food in your soul. In this world, love and food are the only things you can't live up to. Please be kind to the one who makes it for you. Food man!
Isn’t the price of pork rising too much recently? My family eats pork much less frequently. The fish on the market is cheap and more nutritious than pork, so I have to buy a fish from time to time. No, my child is clamoring for fish balls, so I buy one. When the grass carp came back, the fish meat was removed and smashed with a wall breaker, and fish balls made of pure fish meat were made for the children. The remaining fish heads and bones were used by us adults to make and eat, paired with fresh edamame, and cooked into a pot of hot pot. Fish, spicy and super appetizing with rice, even better than the whole braised fish.
Hot pot fish is very casual to make, and friends without cooking skills can easily master it. I mainly consume these fish heads and bones. When making it, you can use all kinds of fish you like, and you can connect them together. The fish and meat are cooked together. It is delicious and delicious. Eat it with white rice. Even the fish soup is super delicious. I have made it with whole grass carp before. Next time I plan to change to fat-headed fish, yellow-bone fish and the like. I think It will definitely be delicious. You can give it a try. It’s so hot in summer that you lose your appetite, but you can quickly whet your appetite by eating something spicy.
Spicy hot pot fish
Ingredients: appropriate amount of grass carp bones, a handful of edamame, a handful of dried chili, a handful of perilla, a piece of ginger, a few grains of garlic, a spoonful of cornstarch , a little salt, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little pepper powder, a little chili powder, and an appropriate amount of hot pot base.
Steps:
1. Wash the grass carp head and fish bones clean of blood, use cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little salt, pepper powder, chili powder, and cornstarch to mix well. Marinate for half an hour, and you can also use chopped fish.
2. For spices, I prepared ginger, garlic, and perilla. There are a lot of perilla on the market now. Perilla is a spice that can especially remove the fishy smell of fish.
3. Peel fresh edamame, rinse with water and set aside.
4. Heat the oil pan and fry the marinated fish pieces first. Do not flip the fish pieces back and forth after putting them in. Wait until the fish meat is set before flipping it. Fry the fish pieces until both sides are golden.
5. After the fish bones are fried until brown, add the ginger, minced garlic, and dried red pepper. Do not add water and stir-fry until the aroma is released.
6. When the aroma of the ingredients comes out, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot to slightly cover the fish pieces, then add an appropriate amount of hot pot base and bring to a boil over high heat.
7. When the hot pot base is cooked and combined, you can put in the clean edamame and cook over medium-low heat for about ten minutes until the edamame and fish beans are cooked.
8. Finally, add chopped perilla to add flavor. Perilla is easy to cook, just like green onions and coriander.
9. Mix evenly and it’s ready to serve. The cooked hot pot fish will be spicy and tasty. You can also add some white pepper and white sugar to enhance the flavor. I didn’t use it, and the taste is quite strong. .
Tips:
This is a more fragrant method. If you really don’t know how to fry fish and don’t have friends who don’t stick to the pan, you can stir-fry the spices and hot pot base ingredients in advance. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook until the aroma develops. Finally, just put in the washed fish pieces or fish meat and cook it. It will be clean and there is no fumes. It tastes delicious and is very appetizing.
