Ingredients: 100g hollow noodles, 40g onions, 50g fresh mushrooms, 60g mixed vegetables, 1g salt, 1.25g chicken powder, 0.6g white pepper, 37.5g tomato paste, 15ml olive oil.
1. Peel and shred onions and carrots, wash and shred cucumbers.
2. Boil a pot of water, add macaroni and cook over high heat for 6 minutes.
3. Take it out and put it in cold water to cool, drain and set aside.
4. Slice bacon sausage and mushrooms.
5. Heat appropriate amount of oil in a pan over high heat. Add onions and carrots and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
6. Then add bacon sausage and stir-fry evenly.
7. Pour in the macaroni.
8. Add tomato paste and mix well.
9. Add mixed vegetables and cucumber shreds and stir-fry evenly.
10. Pour the fried macaroni into a bowl and serve.
