I used fresh milk. First, I boiled the milk, put10g of sugar (I think the sweetness is almost the same) to melt it and let it cool.

Put a little cheese in separate egg tart skins, then add eggs and milk. Put the liquid egg tart in a preheated oven and bake at 180 or 200 degrees (depending on the temperature of a single oven) 15-20 minutes, and so on.
