Peel the lotus root with a peeling knife, then cut it into thin slices, then cut it into filaments, and finally cut it into small pieces.

Prepare a clean carrot and peel it off with a paring knife. Half a carrot is enough, then cut into small pieces.
Prepare a dollar of tofu in a bowl, put on gloves and catch it, then prepare a small onion and cut it into chopped green onion. After cutting it, put it with tofu.
Then add a proper amount of salt, a little pepper, a spoonful of soy sauce, and finally add a little sugar, and stir well with oyster sauce.
Then beat in an egg and continue to stir well. Stir the eggs and tofu until they are mixed, then add lotus root and carrot.
Stir the stuffing evenly with chopsticks, then add two spoonfuls of corn starch or potato starch and continue to stir evenly with chopsticks.
Stir well until they blend together, then set aside and marinate for ten minutes.
Then cut the remaining half carrot into thin slices and put it on a plate.
Take a proper amount of stuffing in your hand, then make it into a ball, put the ball on the carrot slice, and make all the fillings in turn according to this method.
Then put them into a plate neatly, boil water in the pot in advance, put the prepared meatballs into a steamer after the water boils, cover them and steam over high fire for about 15 minutes.
Next, adjust the juice and add a spoonful of tomato sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, a little edible salt, chicken essence and corn starch to the bowl.
Then add half a bowl of water and stir well with a spoon, and the juice is ready. Put it aside for later use.
Tofu and lotus root balls are also steamed and taken out for later use.
Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the sauce, stir-fry slowly over medium heat and cook the sauce until it is thick.
Stir well with a shovel while cooking until the bubbles are sticky, and finally pour in a little sesame oil.
Then pour the juice on the meatballs, and finally sprinkle a little chopped green onion to decorate. It is delicious.
