Materials: raw eggs, milk and white sugar
Steps:
1. Beat the egg whites into a bowl first (it is best to separate the egg whites and yolks by hand; If you don't just put it into the bowl, and then use an empty mineral water bottle or something like that, first hold the bottle, aim the bottle mouth at the egg yolk, and then release your hand, and the egg yolk will basically go up into the bottle and be separated from the egg white.)
2. Mix the milk with the egg white and stir it evenly
3. Add a proper amount of white sugar
4. Steam the bowl in a pot for 5-1 minutes and cook it.
