1. Soak the bought razor clam in water, add proper amount of vinegar, and let the razor clam spit out dirty things.
Second, soak it, and then wash it with water, as shown in the figure below.
Third, make water in the pot, and add appropriate amount of onion, ginger, salt and monosodium glutamate, as shown in the figure below.
4. After the water boils, put the razor clam into the pot, boil it slowly and cook for 7 minutes, as shown in the figure below.
5. Take out the pan and put it on the plate, so that the cooked razor clam is finished, as shown in the figure below.
