Ingredients: 100 grams of glutinous rice flour, 65 grams of boiling water, 35 grams of brown sugar, and 70 grams of water.
Method:
1. Add 65 grams of boiling water to glutinous rice flour and stir into floc, knead into a smooth dough, divide into 9 portions, roll into a ball and press into a cake shape.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, put the glutinous rice cakes in, cover with a lid, and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
3. Stir brown sugar and water to melt, pour into the pot, and cook over low heat until the soup thickens.
