Ingredients: 150g mushrooms, 30g onions, 24g unsalted butter, 50g whipping cream, 120g rand whole milk, 120g water, 7g flour, 2g salt, appropriate amount of white pepper. Step 1: Prepare first
Ingredients.
You can choose either purple onions or white onions for the onions (purple onions will make the soup slightly darker). Use all-purpose flour for the flour. If not, you can also use other flours.
2 Chop the onion into fine pieces.
Cut mushrooms into slices.
3. Heat a pan, add half (12 grams) of butter, and after the butter is hot and melted, add chopped onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4 Add the mushroom slices and continue to stir-fry until the mushrooms become soft and brown.
5 Add milk and water, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.
6. After the mushroom soup cooked in the pot has cooled slightly, put it into a food processor and thoroughly crush the mushrooms, onions and other ingredients into a fine soup.
7. Wash the pot and heat it again. Add the other half of the butter. After the butter is hot and melted, add the flour.
Stir fry evenly.
8 Add the beaten soup and then add the light cream.
Bring the soup back to a boil.
The soup at this point will become thicker.
9 Finally, add salt (the amount can be adjusted according to your own taste) and a little white pepper (a little bit is enough, don’t add more), and a delicious creamy mushroom soup is ready.
