Wash the duck eggs first, then put them into a vessel and break them up with chopsticks or an egg beater;

1 root yam, 2 boiled salted eggs, appropriate amount of minced garlic and chopped green onion.

1. Peel and slice the yam, and break a little salted egg.

3. Just stir-fry the yam until it becomes soft, and then add the chopped green onion. If the salted eggs are salty enough, there is no need to add salt.
