Accessories: 750 grams of red pepper, 500 grams of peanuts (fried), 150 grams of sesame seeds
Seasoning salad oil 500g bean paste 500g white sugar 100g yellow sauce 1 box tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
How to make spicy beef sauce
1. Soak peanuts in boiling water for 1 hour After that, pinch off the skin when it is soft, fry it until crispy, and crush it
2. Wash the beef and chop into minced meat
3. Wash the red pepper, drain it, and remove it Crush the roots and seeds with a food processor (don’t break them too much)
4. Pour oil (half a catty) into a clean pan, add beef and stir-fry over low heat to remove the water, stir-fry and serve out
5. Pour the other half of the oil into the pot, add the two sauces over low heat and stir evenly, then fry over medium heat until the sauce becomes fragrant. Add crushed chili peppers and white sugar and continue to stir-fry over medium heat. When the chili peppers are cooked, add the meat filling and tomatoes. Stir the sauce evenly and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat
6. After the beef sauce has cooled, add chopped peanuts and cooked sesame seeds, mix well, then bottle and seal, keep in the refrigerator, and can be eaten for 1 or 2 months.
Cooking Tips If you feel that the sauce is dry, you can dilute it with a small amount of water, but do not add too much, otherwise the dry flavor will be lost.
