beautiful and rich Zhoushan
Zhoushan is the only prefecture-level administrative division in China with islands as its city, which has jurisdiction over 2 districts and 2 counties. Zhoushan Municipal Government is located in Lincheng New District; Dinghai District Government is located in Dinghai City; Putuo District Government is located in shenjiamen Town, a famous fishing port at the eastern end of the island; Daishan County Government is located in Gaoting Town, Daishan Island; Shengsi County Government is located in Caiyuan Town, Sijiao Island.
Zhoushan Islands has a long history of development. According to historical records and unearthed cultural relics, it belongs to the second cultural age of Hemudu. More than 5, years ago, in the Neolithic Age, human beings began to open up wasteland on the island, catch sea things, live and multiply, and began to engage in fishing and salt production.
In the Spring and Autumn Period, Zhoushan belonged to Yue, and it was called "Yongdong" (the east of Yongjiang River), also known as "the continent in the sea". In the 26th year of Tang Kaiyuan (738), it was named "Wengshan County" because there was Wengshan in the territory. In the sixth year of Dali (771), Yuan Chao led the rebels to occupy Wengshan and was removed from the county government. In the sixth year of Xining in the Northern Song Dynasty (173), the county was established again and renamed as "Changguo County". At the beginning of Yuan Dynasty, the county was promoted to a state. In the second year of Ming Hongwu (1369), the state was changed to a county; Hongwu abandoned Changguo County for twenty years. To the early Qing Dynasty, they moved to the people twice. In the 26th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1687), the county was established again, renamed as Dinghai County, and was promoted to Dinghai Zhili Hall in Daoguang. After the Revolution of 1911, the organizational system of Dinghai County was restored. In the 38th year of the Republic of China (1949), two counties were set up, namely, Hai and Wengzhou.
On May 17th, 195, Zhoushan Islands were liberated and Dinghai County People's Government was established, which was under the jurisdiction of Ningbo Special Zone. In March 1953, with the approval of the State Council, Dinghai County was divided into three counties: Dinghai County, Putuo County and Daishan County, and was transferred from Jiangsu Province to Shengsi County, and Zhoushan District was established. In 1954, Xiangshan county, which was originally a Ningbo area, was included. In 1958, Xiangshan County was placed under Taizhou District. In 1959, Dinghai, Putuo, Daishan and Shengsi counties were withdrawn and merged to form Zhoushan County. In November 196, Shengsi People's Commune was transferred to Shanghai. In May, 1962, Zhoushan County was abolished, and Zhoushan Special Zone was re-established, with five counties under its jurisdiction: Dinghai, Putuo, Daishan, Daqu and Shengsi. In 1964, Daqu County was abolished, and its jurisdiction was assigned to Daishan County and Shengsi County respectively. In March 1967, Zhoushan area was renamed Zhoushan area. In January, 1987, with the approval of the State Council, Zhoushan District and Dinghai and Putuo counties were abolished, and Zhoushan City was established, with jurisdiction over two districts (Dinghai District and Putuo District) and two counties (Daishan County and Shengsi County), and a new system of leading districts and counties by the city was implemented.
Zhoushan has three advantages: fishery, port and tourism. Zhoushan is the largest production, processing and sales base of marine products in China, and is known as the "fishing capital of China". Zhoushan Harbor is one of the few natural deep-water harbors in China, with numerous harbors, vertical and horizontal navigation channels and flat water depth. Zhoushan's well-preserved island natural scenery is rich in tourism resources, and two national and two provincial tourist scenic spots have been opened, with a tourist volume of 17.52 million in 29. The total cultivated land area is 19, hectares, including 11,9 hectares of paddy fields and .71 million hectares of dry land. The total area of forest land is 55,9 hectares.
Zhoushan is known as the "East China Sea Fish Warehouse" and "Fishing Capital of the Motherland". Due to the superior natural environment and abundant bait in the nearby sea area, good conditions have been created for the migration, habitat, reproduction and growth of fish and shrimp with different habits. * * * There are 1,163 species of marine life, classified into 91 species of phytoplankton, 13 species of zooplankton, 48 species of benthos, 131 species of benthos and 358 species of swimming animals. The main species caught are hairtail, catfish, mackerel, eel, mackerel, horseface fish, grouper, swimming crab and shrimp.
marine mineral resources can be divided into three categories: one is coastal placer; Second, submarine oil and gas; Third, the seabed polymetallic nodules and polymetallic ooze. Pinghu oil and gas field was first discovered and commercialized in the East China Sea, 32 kilometers southeast of Daishan Island, with a total area of about 24 square kilometers. The proven reserves are 1.8 billion cubic meters of natural gas, 1.77 million tons of condensate oil and 1.78 million tons of light crude oil. The industrial characteristics are distinct. Over the years, we have made a fuss about the word "sea" and constantly adjusted and optimized the industrial structure. The city has initially formed an open economic system with port industry, port logistics, marine tourism and modern marine fisheries as its pillars. In 28, the total output of the city's marine economy was 14.8 billion yuan, and the added value of the marine economy accounted for 66.4% of GDP. It is the city with the highest proportion of the marine economy in China, and the proportion of the three industries is 1.46.243.8. The economic structure has changed from a single traditional fishery economy to a comprehensive modern marine economy. Lingang industry has begun to take shape. It has formed an island-type industrial system with shipbuilding, port petrochemical and deep processing of aquatic products as its pillars. The total industrial output value has reached 83.26 billion yuan, the shipbuilding capacity has exceeded 5 million deadweight tons, and the output value has reached 31.92 billion yuan. It has become an important shipbuilding base in China. The pace of port development has been accelerated. It has developed from a local small port to a regional water and water transit port. The port cargo throughput of the city has reached 159 million tons, and the shipping capacity has reached 2.93 million tons, ranking among the top ten coastal ports in China. The tourism industry brings forth new ideas. Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Festival, Seafood Food Festival, Guanyin Culture Festival and other influences are expanding, and the popularity of island marine tourism is increasing, making it an important tourist destination in East China. In 28, the number of tourists reached 15.16 million. The marine fishery has accelerated its transformation. From traditional fishing to modern fishing, the annual output value of aquatic products processing industry is about 15 billion yuan, and it has become the largest production, processing and sales base of seawater products in China.
in p>28, the city's GDP was 49.25 billion yuan, an increase of 14.5% over the previous year, ranking first in the province for five consecutive years, and the per capita GDP calculated by registered population reached 7,298 US dollars. The total fiscal revenue was 6.668 billion yuan, of which the local fiscal revenue was 4.315 billion yuan, up 26.9% and 23.1% respectively over the previous year, and the growth rates were among the highest in the province. The investment in fixed assets of the whole society was 33.943 billion yuan, an increase of 21.4% over the previous year. The per capita disposable income of urban residents was 22,257 yuan, and the per capita net income of fishing and rural residents was 11,367 yuan, up by 12.1% and 16.9% respectively, ranking first in the province. The income growth rate of fishing and rural residents was higher than that of urban residents for many years. The level of social development ranks fourth in the province.
in the next few years, our city will thoroughly implement Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the general strategy of "starting a business to enrich the people, making innovation to strengthen the province" of the provincial party Committee and the general requirement of "two innovations and one promotion" of the municipal party Committee, adhere to the principle of "prospering the city with Hong Kong, strengthening the city with industry and serving the rich city", and focus on scientific development, innovative development and harmonious island society around the goal of "building a strong city with marine economy, a famous city with marine culture".
I think it's ok, and I hope to adopt it.
