There are many scenic spots along the way from Haikou to Sanya, and they are also very beautiful. You can start from Haikou first. The first stop is the Dongzhai Port Mangrove Forest. It is the largest mangrove nature reserve in China and has rich bird resources.
When you need to take a boat.
After leaving the mangroves, the next place to go is Wenchang Confucius Temple, which has the most complete ancient architectural complex. The main buildings are Dachengmen and Dacheng Hall.
After seeing the Wenchang Confucius Temple, the next stop is the underwater villages. The so-called underwater villages are because the earthquake in 1605 caused 72 villages to sink into the sea. When the tide goes out, you can see the villages in the sea.
After sighing at the underwater village, we immediately came to Tongguling Scenic Area, which is more than 20 kilometers long and is dotted with temples, monks' houses and other ancient buildings, as well as strange rocks and stones like Fengdong Stone.
The next stop is the coconut grove in the eastern suburbs. There are hundreds of thousands of coconut groves here, which is very spectacular.
After the coconut grove in the eastern suburbs is Baishi Ridge, followed by Boao Waters, and then rafting on Wanquan River. Wanquan River is one of the symbols of Hainan, and the tropical rainforest is here.
Leaving Wanquan River, we arrived at Wuzhizhou Island. This island has fresh water resources and a wide variety of vegetation.
Not only that, there is also a Mazu Temple on Wuzhizhou Island, and the nightlife on the island is also very romantic.
The last thing we came to was Yalong Bay, which is said to be "Don't look at the sea when you come back from Sanya, except for Yalong." It is a beach, diving resort, and key coral reef protected area, with Jinmu Cape, Yalong Cape, central square, shell museum, butterfly museum, etc.
