China on the Tip of the Tongue is the first large-scale food documentary filmed with high-definition equipment in China.
Located in the "high-end food documentary", there are only 7 episodes in the first season. From March of 20 1 1 year, large-scale shooting was started, which took 13 months to complete, and the shots came from 70 different places in China. The film crew traveled to 70 shooting locations in China, including Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province, using 3 pre-researchers, 8 directors and 65,438+05 photographers, and editing by 3 editors.
Every episode of China on the Tip of the Tongue was shot by a diversified director, who tried to find a character story that matched the theme according to the established diversified theme. After each diversified theme is established, diversified directors need to go through three stages before shooting: the first stage is the "copywriting" stage, that is, diversified directors read a large number of books, investigate and write copywriting about the theme; The second stage is the "investigation" stage to determine which delicious foods need to be photographed; Finally, according to a single food, go to various places to shoot, and find the right person in the shooting area to express this food and carry the story of the people in this area.
