A, the county's song and dance halls, bars, cinemas, theaters, Internet cafes, libraries, art galleries, museums, memorial halls, performance venues, furniture markets, stadiums, gyms, swimming pools, bath centers, massage shops, pedicure shops, beauty salons, chess rooms, mahjong halls, billiards rooms, elderly activity centers, entertainment venues, secret rooms and other closed places and large public places are all closed.

Second, suspend all cultural, tourism and other gathering activities, including temple fairs and trade fairs. Advocate "postpone the happy event, keep it simple, don't hold a banquet" and strictly implement the filing system.

Third, shopping malls, supermarkets, banks, farmers' markets, pharmacies and other business places that guarantee the basic needs of the masses should implement requirements such as current limiting and peak shifting, strictly control instantaneous flow, and strictly implement prevention and control measures such as "place coding", temperature measurement, "health code+travel card", and standardized wearing masks and rice noodles.

Fourth, strengthen the prevention and control of village houses, and township streets are responsible for the control of county roads and village houses. Only 1-2 entrances and exits are reserved in residential quarters and villages, and special personnel are arranged at the entrances and exits to be on duty 24 hours a day, responsible for the access management of personnel and vehicles. Personnel shall go in and out according to the specifications, and the owner's vehicles and production and living service vehicles shall go in and out. The "four musts" inspection and control measures shall be implemented for vehicle traffic personnel, so that every vehicle must be inspected, everyone must be inspected, and everyone must be inspected. Other people from other provinces who come to fish or return to fish will return home under the supervision of Zhenjie, and they will be monitored at home for 7 days.

6. Strictly prevent and control the epidemic situation of industrial enterprises. All industrial enterprises fully implement entrance and exit control and the factory area is closed. In principle, only the entrance 1 is reserved, and special personnel are arranged to be responsible for the control measures such as "wearing a mask+temperature measurement+code check+watching the itinerary". If there is no accommodation in the enterprise, managers and employees will implement the "two points and one line" commuting mode between the factory and the dormitory. Establish a plan for employees to enter and leave the community, and enter and leave the factory with work permits and access cards to prevent the epidemic from changing.

Seven, parks, green spaces, city squares, rural cultural squares and other places to suspend all kinds of square dance, opera, walking, cultural performances, playing cards and other gathering activities, strictly control the gathering crowd.

Eight, all operating catering service units in the county suspend in-store food delivery services, and can provide self-help and take-away ordering services. Business catering service providers should strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements, strengthen the health management of employees and the management of take-away food, set up a take-away counter at the entrance of catering service units, prohibit take-away food delivery personnel and take-away food delivery personnel from entering the business premises, and strictly implement prevention and control measures such as scanning "place code", taking temperature, checking "health code+boarding card", wearing masks, and rice noodle to prevent people from gathering.

Nine, other normal business premises, strictly implement the "site code", temperature measurement, "health code+boarding card", standard wearing masks, rice noodles and other prevention and control measures. Those who fail to implement epidemic prevention measures will be suspended for rectification.
