How to make braised snacks Braised snacks are a traditional and famous snack that can be made in various parts of Ningxia.
Because plywood (with sand) and meatballs are the two main ingredients of the snack, it is also called braised plywood meatballs.
Preparation method: 1. Wash the mutton and chop it into minced meat. Mix in eggs, starch, green onion, minced ginger and other ingredients to make a meat filling. Spread half of the prepared meat filling on the egg skin, and cover it with an egg.
After compacting the skin, cut it into diamond-shaped pieces with a knife, fry it in an oil pan until golden brown, and take it out (commonly known as plywood or sandwich). The other half of the meat filling is squeezed into balls by hand, and it is also fried in the oil pan until cooked.
