1. To make milk QQ sugar jelly, put the milk and QQ sugar together in a pot, stir with a spoon while boiling, until the QQ sugar melts. Pour the liquid into a container, cool it and put it in the refrigerator.

3. Fry pure milk. Pour milk, condensed milk, sugar and starch into the pot. Stir evenly and boil over medium heat to form a milk paste. Put the milk paste into a container and let it sit for 2 hours. Cut it into cubes after 2 hours.

4. Soak the jelly and gelatine until soft. Add pure milk and sugar to the milk pan, bring to a boil over low heat. Turn off the heat and pour in the light cream. Continue to boil over low heat for half a minute.
Remove the water from the gelatine sheets and put them into the milk, stir until melted, sift and put into a box, let cool and then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
