Nutritious breakfast

At about 8: 30, the baby will enjoy breakfast, which includes an egg, a small piece of steamed bread and a small bowl of millet porridge. It is nutritious and delicious.

Healthy diet

At about ten o'clock in the morning, we will prepare some cakes, bread and fruits for the baby as a snack to meet the energy and nutrition he needs for growth.

A big lunch.

At noon, the baby will drink 180ml milk powder, and then sleep for two hours. After waking up, we will prepare a sumptuous lunch for him, including noodles, wonton, rice and various delicious dishes. If he doesn't take a nap, he will have lunch with us and then drink milk.

Healthy diet

If dinner is still early, we will prepare some healthy meals for the baby to satisfy his snack desire.

A sumptuous dinner

After work in the evening, we will pick up the baby from grandma's house and have dinner with us. Dinner dishes are rich and varied, and will not be repeated every week. We will also stew fish once a week to provide him with enough protein and nutrition. The baby will eat a quarter of a steamed bread, a small amount of dishes and a small bowl of rice paste made of beans and rice, with balanced nutrition.

Good eating habits

We attach great importance to cultivating the baby's good eating habits. He will take the initiative to wash his hands and enjoy every meal in the dining chair. At this stage, his teeth have grown at least eight, and he can completely taste the home-cooked meals we eat.
