Its preparation method is similar to that of sweet and sour pork slices. After the tenderloin is sliced, salt, cooking wine and water starch are mixed, and the surface is stirred to form a slurry. Then put it into the pan and fry it twice, and finally pour it with sweet and sour sauce and it's ready to eat.
