Guangdong Wan Tai Hui Commercial Management Co., Ltd. applied to our bureau for formulating the charging standard for vehicle parking service in Puning Square. According to Guangdong Pricing Catalogue (222 Edition), Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation's Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the Charging Policy for Motor Vehicle Parking Services (Guangdong Development and Reform Commission [217] No.5) and Puning Municipal Development and Reform Bureau, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Transportation Bureau and Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, the Bureau issued the Detailed Implementation Rules for Puning's Charging Policy for Motor Vehicle Parking Services. Notice (No.126 [219] of the General Development Reform Commission) and other regulations, we hereby make the following announcement on drawing up the charging standard of vehicle parking service in the parking lot on the first floor of Puning Square in Puning City:

1. Charging standard of car parking service:

(1) Free of vehicle parking service fee at -2 o'clock every day, free of vehicle parking service fee when entering the parking lot for no more than 3 minutes at 2-6 o'clock, and 5 yuan every hour thereafter.

(2) The parking service fee is waived when parking for no more than 2 hours from 6: to 24: , and 5 yuan will be charged for the third hour, and 1 yuan will be charged for every hour thereafter, with the highest charge of 15 yuan for 24 hours in a row.

second, military and police vehicles, hospital ambulances for emergency rescue and disaster relief, municipal engineering emergency repair vehicles, motorcycles (including electric motorcycles) and bicycles are exempt from vehicle parking service fees.
