I come from Hangzhou and go to Jinzhou to study. On the first day, the taxi driver asked me where I came from. I said I was from Hangzhou, and he said I was out of my mind and came here to study. At that time, I felt that the city was unfriendly and the folk customs were tough. How can I swear directly? Later, I realized that I really had a brain problem.
I don't want to talk about my alma mater for fear of bad influence. I feel that everyone has guessed. When I first saw the school that day, I felt very different from Southern University, but I couldn't say where it was different. Later, I went to bohai university to communicate, and found that bohai university was quite like a southern school. I know this is greening and school building. Compared with the south, the greening of my alma mater is still too little, and the buildings are very old, or the whole old city is very shabby. It's really shabby. My home is a town around Hangzhou, and the town in my hometown is much more prosperous than the town around my alma mater. Later, I went to the Taihe district government and found that that is what the city should look like. Yes, the whole Jinzhou can only retain people if it is as prosperous as Linghe District separated by a river. Besides being shabby and dirty, the old city must be well afforested.
There is smoke in Jinzhou, and there is morning market in Jinzhou night market. This can be said to be the first time I have seen it. When I was studying in Hangzhou, I either went to the balcony of Hangzhou City or went to the West Lake to see the scenery (maybe I don't know which night markets are like Jinzhou). There is no night market in my hometown, and vendors are very strict. This night market is our food festival once every few months.
Prices in Jinzhou are really cheap. There is a shop next to the school that is very cheap. I asked the price several times. My friend took me there, and I didn't look at the menu. The price is basically 60% to 80% of that of Hangzhou. For example, I started eating noodles in the noodle restaurant outside the school where I studied in Hangzhou, 1 1 yuan. 1 1 means there are no vegetables in a bowl of noodles. Adding some meat and vegetables is about 15 yuan, and a takeaway is basically about 16 yuan (I was still a student at that time), but there are quite a few universities in Hangzhou, and I basically eat at universities, which is the most cost-effective). Hangzhou is cheap, and scenic spots and places where some enterprises get together are more expensive. A bowl of noodles, 25 yuan, and a snack cost more than 30 yuan. I never thought that I could spend 20 yuan to eat so many delicious things in Jinzhou, and the price was so cheap. Barbecues are cheaper. Some barbecues cost half or even one third of what I eat in my hometown.
But if food can't keep people, as long as the salary can keep people. The salary is very low. I always thought it was a joke to recruit college students with a monthly salary of 3 thousand. I didn't expect it to be realized in Jinzhou. The monthly salary of every summer job in my town is 3500 pounds. My high school classmates who stayed in Hangzhou told me that the graduation is about five or six thousand, which is better than seven or eight thousand (the computer is the only one, so the internship salary starts at six thousand and the salary starts at eight thousand, but it may be the fault of the survivors). The result is in Jinzhou.
Our teacher said that if Jinzhou's economy is not good, the three universities in Jinzhou will never be at this level, and the economic foundation determines the superstructure. Zf: I have been paying attention to all kinds of information in Jinzhou, the official account of WeChat. There seem to be all kinds of problems, such as interpersonal relationships, corruption, investment and overall decision-making.
I won't comment on some things without touching them, but most of the decisions seem to be really problematic. The following are all personal opinions. The development of Jinzhou is so chaotic that it seems useless to focus on development. Jinzhou is close to the sea, but the main city is far from the sea. Nobody wants to develop the seaside, but the facilities are not complete. Then many factories were built next to Bijia Mountain. Many old people criticized the factories for destroying the beauty of Bijia Mountain. After spending so much money, the Expo Park was half dead. There is also an airport by the sea, which is really deserted. There are only two special trains to the airport every day (the airport taxi hasn't set the meter yet, 150 is really black-hearted). It seems that I will develop the South Station again, because there are factories everywhere in the coastal areas, but people are still in the old city. Another North Station has been built, and its location is quite desolate. I think the pace is too big and needs all-round development, but the economy is not good and the population has not increased, so it is difficult to drive the population gathering and urbanization near the railway station and airport, and the old city cannot be rectified. I feel that this plan has no foresight, but it is too big and does not combine with the actual situation.
I want to clarify that I don't want to be just a hand. I come from Hangzhou, and I know Hangzhou very well. I didn't praise Jinzhou so much because of the big gap. Apart from its cheap price and delicious barbecue, other places really don't attract me at all. I hope Jinzhou will become better, even if the three northeastern provinces get up in Jinzhou, because it is an experience for me. I want to point out its many shortcomings in the hope that it will change.
My personal suggestion is that zf must establish a good business environment, and it can take Hangzhou as a reference to attract a lot of investment. This is the first and most important step. Without money, everything is a pie painting. We should increase the introduction of high-tech enterprises to provide more high-paying jobs for college students in Jinzhou, and zf will give more subsidies to college students. Many college students are not necessarily from big cities. For those students living in poverty-stricken areas, Jinzhou is also a good city, and Jinzhou should keep people. Together, it is to protect the environment, ensure the streets clean and tidy, and increase greening. I once climbed to the tallest building in the school and saw the mountains in the distance bare and ugly. Concentrate on developing a place, not a seaside here, a south station in the middle, a Linghe district above, and a top old city. Of course, these are my immature suggestions. I believe everyone has thought about them, but it is difficult to implement them.
Now, apart from college students, there are only some uncles and aunts over 40 in Jinzhou, and Jinzhou has become an old city. He is lonely, but he is a heroic city. He is really like a 50-year-old man, telling his initial glory, and not many people stay. He wants to prove that he is ok, but unfortunately he has been abandoned by the times. ......
