Exercise:
1.? Cut chicken wings, add mushroom powder, Jiang Mo, a little salt and a little oil, mix well, dip both sides, pour in milk, if you have time, you can make them one day in advance, cover them with plastic wrap or put them in a sealed bag for refrigeration overnight, which will be more tender and delicious (if you don't have time, marinate them for an hour without refrigeration).
2.? Put oil in the pan, fry chicken wings in the pan until golden on both sides, and add hot water.
3.? Add 1 small piece of curry (made of fruits and vegetables without additives), add some oil and soy sauce, cover the pot and cook until the juice is collected. The soup is thick, just wrap the chicken wings. Don't leave too much soup.
Sauté ed meat with mushrooms
Exercise:
1.? Wash and dice mushrooms, and dice tenderloin.
2.? Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry shallots, ginger and garlic, add diced meat and stir-fry until raw.
3.? Add soy sauce to consume oil, stir-fry mushrooms over high fire, and add a little water to stir-fry over high fire.
4.? Hook a little thin sauce, stir-fry and collect the juice.
