Cooking tips
1, this biscuit uses 30 grams of brown sugar, so it is not too sweet. You can adjust the sugar content according to your taste. There are particles in brown sugar, so crush it and put it in, otherwise the sugar solution will explode when heated, which is not good-looking.
2. I used to make cookies after the experiment was successful, but now I can't pursue perfection during maternity leave, so the flow chart and finished product drawing will be flawed, but I will add that we should make fewer detours. For example, this biscuit should be coated with protein liquid before entering the oven, so that almonds can stick together. If you don't brush like me, almonds will fall off easily after cookies are baked. You can also brush the whole egg liquid, but the baked color is easier to be darker. The painting I finished is an unprinted flat version.
Try not to open the cupboard door when baking cookies in the oven, because the temperature will drop and it will take time to rise to the required temperature. But baking in a frying pan is relatively casual, because the frying pan heats up very quickly. I feel almost the same, so I'll open the drawer of the fryer and have a look.
