Exercise:
1. Remove the fishy four-piece set (onion, ginger, pepper and star anise), cut it from the line position, screw the joints to remove the bones, rinse it repeatedly with cold water to remove the surface grease, and rinse it clean.
2. Garlic powder/Chili noodles/white sesame seeds, flavored with hot oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, a little salt and sugar, 100 ml Sprite or cold boiled water, topped with fruit juice and mixed evenly. A few slices of lemon/coriander/millet spicy/refrigerated for 2 hours is delicious.
