Xinjiang cuisine includes: saute spicy chicken, barbecue, hand-grabbed rice, baked buns, fried rice noodles and so on.
1. Saute spicy chicken
Generally, the side dishes are potatoes, leather teeth, green peppers, red peppers and various spices, which are cooked together with chicken. Saute spicy chicken is spicy, and fresh and juicy chicken pieces with potato chips are delicious.
2. Barbecue
Sheep raised in saline-alkali land have no smell of smell, but will smell of milk. It is a traditional snack of Uighurs, which can be seen in all the streets. Mutton skewers are made of iron. 4. Baked buns
This is the most common snack on the streets of Xinjiang, and it can be used for breakfast. It smells a little smelly, but it tastes delicious.
5. Stir-fried rice noodles
Stir-fried rice noodles are the favorite food of Xinjiang people. There is a saying in Xinjiang that "a girl in Xinjiang eats half a ton of rice noodles without a ton", and its characteristic is that the thick sauce is fragrant and spicy.
