Isn't this ... Yi X puffs? Hahahaha ~ it's a rice cooker version of the little puff! It tastes exactly like Yi X's little puffs! Crispy, with homemade thick cream sauce ... no need to spend money on it anymore!

Small puffs material: 50 ml of water, 30 g of unsalted cream, 40 g of high-gluten flour, eggs 1.

● Practice: 1. Put the water and cream in a small pot. After the cream melts, boil it, pour the flour into it, stir and gelatinize it, boil and melt the cream.

2. Turn off the fire after gelatinization. After a little cooling, break the eggs and stir them evenly with chopsticks.

3. Spread baking paper and batter in a plastic bag on the steamer, cut a small hole in the corner of the bag, and squeeze puffs with a diameter of about 2.5 cm on the baking paper. After baking, puffs will expand slightly. Remember to keep your distance! You'd better not use circles when squeezing flowers!

After the batter is squeezed, remember to spray some water on it (there is no sprinkler at home, so I can only spray water on it with my fingers after washing my hands). Remember to put a towel on the rice cooker before covering the lid! There is no need to add water outside the pot!

There is no need to add a drop of water to the rice cooker. Put the batter and the steamer together, first cover the mouth of the rice cooker with a dry towel, and then cover the lid. Press the switch, the rice cooker will be stuffy for 10 minutes after jumping, and then press the switch. This action is repeated five times. Remember not to take it out right away. Open a small slit first, and take it out after 10 minutes.

6. After the puffs are taken out, drill a small hole above the puffs with the tip of a dental floss stick.

7. Casda sauce is packed in a flower bag (I don't have a flower bag at home, so I use a plastic bag instead). Cut a super small hole at the end of the bag and put it in the small hole of the puff to squeeze the filling.

8. The puffs that are exactly the same as Yi X's little puffs are finished!
