In 1993, it was rated as a famous dish in Mount Tai. This dish nourishes yin and nourishes the skin.
The main raw materials include Polygonatum japonica, one of Taishan's "Four Famous Medicines", local specialty pig elbow, Codonopsis pilosula, red dates, rapeseed, and ginger.

3. Guodu pickles are a specialty of Xizhangzhuang Town, Xintai City, Tai'an City, Shandong Province.
Guodu's "Gongjia" pickles are bright in color, crisp in taste, rich in fragrance, and have a sweet aftertaste. They were awarded the title of Quality Product of Taishan Mountain Fair in the 8th International Mountaineering Festival.
Guodu pickles, which are famous for their fresh color, delicious taste and crispiness, are produced in Xizhang Village, Xizhangzhuang Town, Xintai City. The pickle pickle family named Gong in this village has selected ingredients, recipes and repeated tests to create "Gongjia" pickles.
