Ingredients

200 grams of chicken breast, 40 grams of green pepper, 40 grams of red bell pepper, 3 garlic, 2 green onions, 2 tablespoons Indonesian chili sauce, 2 tablespoons salad oil , 1 tsp rice wine, 1 tsp fine sugar, 30cc water, 1/2 tsp starch water, 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and marinate Marinate the ingredients for about 2 minutes and set aside.

2. Cut the green pepper and red bell pepper into small strips, mince the garlic, and cut the onion into small sections and set aside.

3. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot, put the chicken breasts from Step 1 into the pot and stir-fry over high heat until the surface of the meat turns white, remove and set aside.

4. In another pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, and sauté the green onion, minced garlic and Indonesian chili sauce from Step 2 over low heat until fragrant.
