I believe that nutrition and balanced fat-reducing meals are essential. As a long-term fitness person, let me share with you what my fat-reducing meals are like.

Breakfast? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A rich and delicious breakfast can bring a good mood and motivation for the day.

My breakfast is usually a cup of raw coconut latte. I mix the purchased coconut milk with coffee to make it my breakfast drink.

The staple food is oatmeal with some blueberries (optional), then a fried egg pancake, add a little oil, and finally sprinkle with some salt. A simple and delicious fat-reducing breakfast is completed.

Lunch? Lunch is relatively bland. Usually I fry chicken breast (without adding oil) and boiled broccoli. You can also replace it with other vegetables, and then just an appropriate amount of rice, plus some special reduction.

Just the bibimbap sauce that can be eaten during fat period.

It can be paired with some drinks during the fat loss period. If you don’t like rice, you can switch to soba noodles.

Dinner? If you eat like me, you will actually get hungry earlier. I usually have dinner at four or five o'clock.

For dinner, I usually eat fried steak, but it can also be chicken breast or boiled beef. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it, which is my protein for dinner.

For carbohydrates, I would still choose rice and add some bibimbap sauce.

Vegetables are essential. You can choose the vegetables you like to eat. I usually boil them in water and add some seasonings.

Extra meal in the evening? Around nine o'clock in the evening, I will eat my fourth meal of the day because I will be very hungry if I don't eat.

Usually some vegetables and protein, such as chicken breast, beef or fish, are all good proteins, but don’t eat too much and control the portion.

The most important thing is to drink more water!

?However, when eating this way, the fat intake is very small. We can choose to add some nuts, such as cashews, almonds, walnuts, etc., but we must pay attention to the portion control.

You can also choose to add some olive oil to your food, or buy some avocados to add fat.

I think the fat loss period does not mean eating no fat at all.

Finally, I would like to say a few words. For carbohydrates such as rice, you can also replace it with some noodles, or potatoes and sweet potatoes, which can be combined according to your own taste.

Vegetables are basically boiled, so just choose the vegetables you like.

As for protein, chicken breast, beef, and fish are all good proteins. They can be fried or boiled, but I prefer fried ones because they taste better.
