Put the dumpling wrappers into a frying pan and deep-fry them. If you make them like this, both adults and children will love them.
Ingredients that need to be prepared: dumpling wrappers, red dates, raisins, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds. This is the dumpling wrapper I bought in the supermarket. It doesn’t need to be very much, just 50 cents is enough.
To smoothen the dumpling wrapper, first cut the dumpling wrapper vertically three times.
Turn it over again, make three cuts, and cut it into small pieces.
Then spread the dumpling skins to prevent them from sticking together.
After shaking, put it into a plate and set aside.
Next, put a handful of red dates into a large bowl, and then a handful of raisins.
Add half a spoonful of table salt and a spoonful of plain flour.
Then pour water into it and wash the dates and raisins.
When we wash the red dates and raisins, we add flour to them because flour has strong adsorption properties.
It can absorb dirt or impurities on the surface.
Table salt has a very good bactericidal effect, so take them out after washing.
Wash the dates and raisins with clean water again until the water becomes clear.
This way, it is safer to feed it to your family, and you can take it out after washing it.
Next, use scissors to cut out the washed red date cores.
Like this, our red dates and raisins are all processed. Next, pour some more cooking oil into the pot.
When the oil is hot and dense bubbles appear when you put in chopsticks, put the cut dumpling skins into the oil pan and deep-fry them.
Use chopsticks to cut a few times to heat the dumpling skin evenly.
Finally, pierce the dumpling skin until the surface turns golden brown, remove the oil and remove it.
Next, add half a bowl of water and 30 grams of sugar to the pot.
Then turn to low heat and simmer slowly, stirring constantly with a shovel in the middle.
The sugar liquid that has been boiling turns brown like this.
Pour in fried dumpling wrappers, raisins and red dates, and prepared black and white sesame seeds.
Stir quickly and evenly until the surface of each dumpling wrapper is coated with sugar liquid.
After a minute, turn off the heat and continue to stir-fry for a while using the remaining heat in the pot.
Fry until the dumpling skins and red dates are coated with a layer of icing sugar.
And it won't stick together.
Then pour it out to cool.
A simple and delicious snack like this is ready.
