Maybe many friends are like me, they are food experts and always want to treat themselves with some delicious food, so now I will introduce some delicious but easy to make, star-rated, dishes to share with my friends.
The first thing we do is how to make my favorite crispy pork belly. The pork belly is sizzling and oily in the oven. My little girl’s mouth watered when she saw it. She was all robbed as soon as it was served!
The skin is super crispy, and the meat is almost melted by the grill. It is fat but not greasy. It is served with rice, and the fragrant oil is soaked into the rice. It is not enough to eat even three bowls of rice!
Ingredients: 400 grams of pork belly. Accessories: a little onion and garlic, an appropriate amount of ginger slices, 1 spoon of chili powder, half a spoon of allspice, 3 spoons of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, a little white vinegar, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce.
Method 1. Put the pork belly in a pot with cold water, add green onions and ginger slices, add cooking wine, and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Rinse the pork belly and pat dry.
Then cut the meat end into small pieces, do not cut off, the skin is still connected.
3. Prepare barbecue sauce: add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, five-spice powder, and sugar to a bowl.
4. Brush the pork belly evenly with barbecue sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.
5. Put the pork belly skin side up and wrap it in tin foil.
Use a toothpick to poke holes in the skin of the meat to facilitate the flavor.
6. Apply a layer of white vinegar to the skin of the meat, then spread a layer of salt, and poke the tin foil and meat with a toothpick to prevent the tin foil from falling off.
Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 392 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes.
