Greater jiangdong district belongs to Xiaoshan District. Hangzhou Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster is one of 15 provincial industrial clusters approved by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government in 20 10. It is close to the main city of Hangzhou and at the turning point of the "V" industrial belt around Hangzhou Bay. It is a strategic place around Hangzhou Bay and a strategic zone for the development of Hangzhou.

The planned control area of Hangzhou Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster is about 427 square kilometers, the land area is 348 square kilometers, the water area of Qiantang River is about 9 square kilometers, and the registered population is146,800. There are three functional areas in this area, namely Jiangdong, Linjiang and Qianjin, including Peng Yi, Hezhuang, Wan Xin, Linjiang and Qianjin.

Xiaoshan District, a municipal district of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is located in the north of Zhejiang Province, the south bank of Hangzhou Bay and the south bank of Qiantang River. The comprehensive strength ranks first among all counties (cities, districts) in Zhejiang Province, and it has been rated as "Top Ten Counties (cities, districts) in China" for many years, and won the "First Investment in Chinese mainland" for many times.
