This is my second visit to Rongchuang Mao. The last time I was here was a few years ago. It didn't take long to open at that time, and the flow of people was not large. Now I am famous, especially in indoor ski resorts, where there are many people waiting in line.
When I left, I met something I couldn't figure out. Before 8 o'clock in the evening, I set out from the parking space on the second floor of the parking building and prepared to go home. However, when I left the parking lot, it was already 8: 45. Frankly speaking, this is the longest traffic jam in the parking lot in my life. Looking around the world, I can hardly imagine anyone can compare with it.
In the 2 1 century, with such a high-grade modern commercial center and a five-story independent parking building, it is really puzzling that customers who drive will be blocked for nearly an hour just by leaving the parking lot.
I followed the sign to the exit, and then I quickly got stuck in a spiral traffic queue (only one lane, no other road), and then I met the cars that squeezed in from the right fork in the road (you can see that these cars have been stuck in the original road for a long time and tried their best to squeeze in). I can understand that. Generally, every parking lot has a place where vehicles meet, but I really don't understand that the traffic will always be static. Once it stops, it will be five or six minutes, then it will slow down by a few meters, and then it will come to a deadlock.
If the traffic flow suddenly increases just because of Saturday, then the management doesn't have any emergency measures? Do they just turn a blind eye to traffic jams? If it is because of insufficient release capacity, can you directly open the exit? The parking lot itself is free for 4 hours. How much can this crossbar connect? You delayed the customer for an hour. Which is more, the loss caused by customer dissatisfaction or the fees charged by the parking lot?
If it is because of design defects, can't there be some improvement schemes? The business center has been open for a long time, so this should not be the first time. Management hasn't solved it yet, and there may be various reasons. In the traffic jam for nearly an hour, I really didn't see any staff coordinating or guiding. Maybe it's a common occurrence. Maybe the business center doesn't want everyone to drive, but wants everyone to take public transport, which is more environmentally friendly. Of course, please don't expect too much from the public transportation in Huadu.
From this, I naturally thought of Huadu District where Rongchuang Mao is located. In terms of management level and thinking, the two companies have something surprising in common.
I used to live in Huadu District because I lived there for a while. In the past, the most prosperous businesses in Huadu District were RT Mart, Lailai and holidays. But after several incidents, I stayed away from Huadu District.
The first time was in front of Agile (just opposite RT Mart), where there was a row of shops. At that time, because I was going to make curtains at home, I parked my car in front of the curtain shop (not on the road) and asked my boss if I could park here. The boss agreed. I put a sticker on my car when I went out. Embarrassed, the shopkeeper said that he would be fined 200 yuan, and I would pay half.
Later, it was found that the law enforcement work of Huadu traffic police was quite meticulous and the law enforcement efforts were relatively strong, which was really incomparable to other districts in Guangzhou. I have lived in Baiyun District for many years, driving mainly in Baiyun, Tianhe, Yuexiu and other districts, but the number of fines for violation of regulations is very small. I have lived in Huadu for two years, and I can often buy all kinds of unexpected tickets. Moreover, the headache is not only the fine, but also the fine itself, unlike the mobile phone that can be handed in now. At that time, I either lined up at the Agricultural Bank of China (at that time, I could only go to the designated outlets of the Agricultural Bank of China) or lined up at the traffic police team. Besides, the ticket was sent by registered mail. If you miss this letter, the late fee is 3% per day. I once paid 60 yuan for the late fee of 10 day.
I think I am still a cautious car owner, but I still have to accept the fact that I often break the rules.
For example, parking at the gate of the community was fined. The road at the side door of the community is far from the main road, and it is still the meticulous and thoughtful management scope of the traffic police. I guess the reason for being punished is that the fire escape can't stop, but I didn't park my car in the fire escape, just because of the bad color. The no parking sign and my license plate are just within the range of a camera that doesn't care about the main road traffic but cares about the community side door.
For example, at an intersection, I was photographed going straight on the green light, saying that I was in the left lane. I admit, I broke the rules, but uncle traffic police, have you considered a car owner who is not familiar with Huadu traffic? How do you judge that you can only turn left and not go straight when the road is green at the same time? If I forcibly cut into the straight lane from the left turn lane at this time, will the solid line on the ground make me pay an extra fine?
I have been punished too much, so I will learn to be a good person. I dare not go shopping in Huadu. Moreover, the roads in Huadu District have been very congested and there are many traffic lights. I don't want to add chaos to Huadu.
I don't want to add any burden to the traffic that Sunac Mao has blocked.
