Matsutake, ham and chicken soup near Linzhi, Tibet. I went to Tibet in October one year. Before I went, someone told me that many places there might be closed due to heavy snowfall. Most of the restaurants along the way also closed their doors and waited for the peak season to reopen.

, not only are there fewer places to play, but places to eat may also need to be considered.

However, regardless of it, I went there with enthusiasm, and the most delicious meal was at a mountain pass with no village in front and no store in back, a restaurant that looked like it had been abandoned for several years.

It opened there out of thin air. The owner, waiters, and furnishings are all available, and the dishes are very rich.

That table was the most sumptuous table I had eaten in Tibet. Every table was filled with dishes, and every dish was eaten cleanly. What amazed me the most was the matsutake ham in a big bowl.

Chicken soup is so rich in content, so delicious, and so cheap, it's all beyond my imagination.
