Formula:
50g butter, 8g sugar powder, salt 1g, 35g condensed milk, egg white 12g, 3g matcha powder, corn starch 14g, and low-gluten flour1kloc-0/3g.
Exercise:
1. Soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt, and stir well. Add condensed milk and egg white in batches and stir evenly (condensed milk and egg white are at room temperature). Sieve in the powder and stir until there is no dry powder.
2. Knead into a ball with gloves, put oil paper on it, cover the surface with a piece of anti-sticking oil paper, roll it into a thin sheet with a thickness of about 0.5cm, press it out with a small mold, and prick the hole with a fork.
