Potato flour is made from potatoes.
To make homemade potato flour, first prepare the materials: potato starch: 1000g, alum: 2g, salt: 3g.
1. Put potato starch into a container, add water and stir until it becomes a paste. Do not add too much cold water, just make it into a batter.
2. Add appropriate amount of alum and salt and mix well.
3. While adding boiling water, stir in one direction until the potato flour becomes transparent and sticky.
4. Add appropriate amount of dry potato starch and knead into dough.
5. After the dough is kneaded, roll it flat and thin with a rolling pin, and then sprinkle some potato starch on it.
6. Fold it.
7. Cut into strips with a knife.
8. Shake it up and the potato flour is ready.
