material
Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. 15G
300 grams of keel
Three horseshoes
300 grams of yam
condiments
2 liters of water
2 candied dates
Lycium barbarum 30 capsules
Proper amount of salt
Steps of Eucommia ulmoides decoction
1.
Blanch the keel or ribs, peel the horseshoe and yam, and wash the candied dates, Eucommia ulmoides and Lycium barbarum.
2.
Put all the ingredients except Lycium barbarum into the soup pot and add water.
3.
The role of the soup pot is to choose the old fire to cook the soup for 3 hours. If you use an ordinary pot, turn the fire to a low heat for 2 hours after the fire boils.
4.
Cover and wait for the old fire soup.
5.
There are still 20 minutes left. Add Lycium barbarum, continue to cover until the soup is cooked, and then add some salt to taste.
Tips
-It's best to add Lycium barbarum 20 minutes before the soup is almost cooked, otherwise the soup will be sour. -Eucommia ulmoides can be cooked with Morinda officinalis 10g. I didn't buy Morinda officinalis temporarily, so I didn't let it go.
